Getting a decision on your visa
Based on my experience with numerous cases, I firmly believe that the best results and experience come when a single person handles the case from start to finish. That’s why I work independently and will personally be responsible for all stages of the process — from the initial case assessment to preparing all documents and submitting the application.
The Global Talent endorsement and the Global Talent visa are two steps in the process of obtaining a Global Talent Visa for the UK. The first step is to get endorsed by an official endorsing body, such as Tech Nation for the tech sector, Arts Council England for the arts, etc. Once you’ve received the endorsement, you can then apply for the Global Talent visa itself. In summary, the endorsement confirms your eligibility, while the visa grants you the right to enter, live, and work in the UK.

Please note that I am not an immigration lawyer, so I only provide support for getting a Global Talent endorsement. For assistance related to a visa based on your endorsement, as well as any other immigration advice, please seek guidance from an immigration lawyer or advisor.
My fee covers only the preparation of the documents for your case. All fees related to obtaining the endorsement and visa are outlined on the official GOV.UK website: https://www.gov.uk/global-talent.
Studying the guidelines is not necessary but it’s highly recommended as it helps eliminate many questions and uncertainties for the customer.
I try to keep your involvement in the case preparation to a minimum where possible. However, no one knows your achievements better than you, so your input is absolutely essential. You’ll need to spend quite a lot of time discussing your career highlights, answering questions, reviewing documents, and occasionally brainstorming the best narrative angles with me. This collaboration is key to crafting a successful application.
The initial consultation is a one-hour strategic session where I explain the criteria for the UK Global Talent Visa and assess your case. If your case is strong enough, I will present a potential case map, which is a list of relevant criteria and potential evidence specific to your situation. If your case needs strengthening, I will provide suggestions on how to enhance it.

To prepare for this session, I’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire beforehand and send me all relevant information regarding your potential case. This helps us make the most of our time together.
If your application is rejected, you’ll receive a response from the endorsing body, known as a "proforma," outlining the reasons for the rejection. I’ll carefully analyze these reasons, and together, we’ll discuss whether it’s advisable to file a request for a review.

If we decide there’s a chance for a positive outcome, I’ll prepare the Endorsement Review form and assist you in submitting it. If the endorsing body refuses to reconsider their decision, we’ll then review the feedback to adjust the case accordingly, and I can prepare your application for resubmission.
You can pay me via a bank transfer in either Euros or GBP.
