What truly sets Natasha apart is her willingness to go the extra mile in the best interest of her customers. She doesn’t just aim to complete a case and move on; she genuinely strives to achieve the results you need. We initially applied for Exceptional Talent, but Tech Nation endorsed me as an Exceptional Promise instead. This was a critical issue for me, as I wanted to obtain my ILR as soon as possible. The key difference between Exceptional Talent and Exceptional Promise is that Exceptional Promise holders must wait five years for ILR, whereas Exceptional Talent holders only need to wait three.
Natasha conducted extensive research on my options. There was significant controversy within the Global Talent visa community about whether an appeal was possible in this situation—most people believed it wasn’t. However, Natasha was persistent and obtained an official answer from Tech Nation. We filed an appeal, and although Tech Nation upheld their initial decision, we learned how to adjust the case based on their feedback. As a result, I received my Exceptional Talent endorsement with our next submission.
I’m deeply grateful to Natasha for her efforts, involvement, and belief in the strength of my case. Thanks to her, I achieved the result I deserved.
