I didn’t know much about the UK Global talent visa, its requirements and application process. Also, I didn’t want to spend my time and mental energy on figuring out all these details and writing all the reference letters. A friend of mine recommended me to work with Natasha, who made this entire process very simple and stress free for me. I successfully got the visa with very little effort from my side. A few things that stood out for me:
(a) expertise with cases like mine. I’m a software engineer in a big tech company. Natasha had worked with many other people with a similar background, so she knew very well how to best present my case to maximize chances of success. Also, she knew the specifics of working in big tech companies. For example, my company had a “neutral reference policy” and one of my managers initially refused to sign a Letter Of Recommendation (LoR) for me because of it. Natasha was familiar with this policy, so she helped me find the right arguments to convince my manager.
(b) personalized approach. In our calls, Natasha asked tons of questions about my background to understand my case, suggest the best strategy and pick the most effective set of referees. She understood the details of each project well and was able to draft the evidence documents exactly right. Natasha did everything great, all the documents were drafted very accurately and I had to make little to no adjustments.
and (c) fast execution and responsiveness. Overall it took a month to file my application since we started working, and about half of this time I was just waiting for my referees to sign the recommendation letters. That was faster than I had expected. Also, Natasha was always available and very responsive throughout this process.
